Detailed Description
Forty Creek Double Barrel is totally unique: Rye, barley and corn are individually fermented, distilled in small batches (in a copper pot still) and aged in oak barrels selected for their specific character (Light char for the rye; medium char for the barley; heavy char for the corn). Each barrel imbues its spirit with a cornucopia of subtleties before being masterfully blended then secondarily aged in bourbon barrels to allow the flavors to marry, evolve and become.
