It's here! Knob Creek's Rye Whiskey is finally here! Unveiled in the US in 2012, Knob Creek Rye has made its way to our fair shores, bringing with it a flavour profile that strikes a wonderful balance between your classic, spicy rye whiskeys and your sweeter, vanilla-fuelled high-rye-content bourbons.

Knob Creek Rye Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich caramel, bright ginger and lingering menthol hints, with more herbaceous touches developing with the robust rye notes. A good core of oak spice, too.

Palate: Traditional rye spiciness, rich and mouth-coating, but not as overpowering as some other rye whiskey. Instead, there's more development of the vanilla, brown sugar and soft butter notes.

Finish: Drying oak, white pepper and rye spice last on the finish.

Knob Creek is a brand of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced by Beam Suntory at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. It is one of the four Jim Beam small batch bourbon brands targeted for the high-end liquor market.
